Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange most unworn and undamaged glasses purchased on our website within seven days of delivery.
Please note that some exclusions may apply, such as:
- Sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
- Custom-made or personalized glasses
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team by email at contact@gcgintl.com.np or by phone at +977 (1) 5313555 to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- You will be required to provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Once you receive your RA number, carefully repack your glasses in the original packaging (if possible) and include the RA slip.
- Ship your return to the address provided on the RA slip. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own peace of mind.
Processing Returns & Exchanges
- We will process your return or exchange within [Number] business days of receiving your package.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your return/exchange is complete.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow at least 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Exchanges
- If you are exchanging your glasses for a different item, we will ship your new item once we receive your original return. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Additional Information
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was ours (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend keeping a copy of your return receipt for your records.
